We think we've got some sailors with the right stuff to be leaders at our sailing school. We've developed an instructor-in-training program that will give you an opportunity to mentor newer sailors and get an idea of what it takes to teach others what you've come to love.
We invite all students 13 and over to registered in our CANSail programs to get involved in this leadership training program.
This program includes one day of orientation and training and requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours of volunteering over the course of the summer until August 23.
Students will assist in regular summer programs and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to teach sailing!
